Rachel M. Cherington is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D., 2005), where she served as Associate Editor of the Journal of International Economic Law, and Emory University (B.A., 1995).

Before joining the Firm, Ms. Cherington was an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where she focused on complex commercial litigation, securities and ERISA class actions, and civil investigations.

Ms. Cherington is a member of the Bar in New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is proficient in French.
