Michael B. Sloan is a graduate of Yale University (B.A., 2002) and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2005).

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Sloan was an associate at Shipman & Goodwin LLP, where he was a member of the business litigation and intellectual property practice groups. His focus included complex commercial litigation before state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, as well as mediation and international arbitration.

Mr. Sloan is a member of the Bar in New York and Connecticut, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Connecticut.
