Mara Leventhal is a Partner in the Firm. Ms. Leventhal's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. She has extensive experience representing domestic and international corporate clients in a broad range of commercial and business disputes.

Ms. Leventhal joined the Firm in 2002 and became a Partner to the Firm in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP as a litigation associate. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jed S. Rakoff of the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Leventhal received a J.D. degree from New York University School of Law in 1995 and an undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 1990.

Ms. Leventhal is a member of the Bar in New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Eleventh Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Leventhal served as a member of the New York City Bar Association's Committee on Professional and Judicial Ethics from 2003 through 2006.
